This page allows residents to download documents relevant to the estate. There are 2 sections:
Public Domain documents -
e.g. statutory accounts which can be downloaded from Companies House.
These are stored on the system in an unencrypted format.
Private documents -
e.g. minutes of directors meetings.
These are stored in an encrypted format. Residents should contact the residents webmaster for unencryption passwords.
